CASTILLEJOS II Reconversion of a commercial premise into a loft apartment in the ground floor of an old building in Barcelona’s Eixample. A central core of services with a mezzanine floor, where the bedroom is located, became the main element of this project, with its unique structure highlighted in a deep red colour.
